Superb 100 bedroom conference venue equivalent to a 4* deluxe hotel seeks a sales manager to oversee our established sales team of 6. We have a very successful sales team in place who have been driving in the revenue relentlessly over the past 12 months. We now need someone to continue this exponential growth and inspire further success through creative, proactive selling of the facilities which include leisure facilities, acres of land as well as state of the art C&E rooms. The right individual will have a proven track record in hospitality sales and overseeing a sales team, be able to think outside the box and have a drive and determination to take their product to the next level. A knowledge of the home counties area would be an advantage and a proven ability in writing a successful sales and marketing plan essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to work with a very successful company and take this prominent venue to the next level.
